Free licence

Non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the asset files delivered under this licence, worldwide, in the licensee's own websites, apps, social media, advertising and marketing.
The right to use files already downloaded continues without time limit. Downloading again is only possible while an entitlement is active (subscription, a single-download window, or exclusivity).
The asset may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed or published on its own (including as stock footage, in a template or asset library, or as an NFT), in original or modified form.
Use is limited to the licensee's own business. Use for clients or other third parties is not included.

Re-downloading is free for 30 days from the purchase. After that a new purchase or a qualifying subscription is needed.

Exclusive during the rental: while it is active the asset is withdrawn from the library for other customers. Customers who licensed the asset before the rental started keep the right to use the copies they already have.
The rental is billed monthly (one month minimum). When it ends the asset returns to the library for everyone; the licensee may renew exclusivity during a 30-day priority period.

Lifetime, exclusive right to use this asset, in all resolutions and the original files, worldwide. The asset is withdrawn from the library for all other customers.
The licensee may use the asset for its own business and inside media productions delivered to its clients. It may not resell or sublicense the asset on its own, including as stock footage or in an asset library.
Customers who licensed the asset before the buyout keep the right to use the copies they already have.

A slot is one video live on one approved URL. The licensee may swap the video in a slot for another from the library.
Fair use: each slot includes 100,000 views per month. Above that the player falls back to the licensee's local HD file until the 1st of the next month. No overage is billed.
If the subscription is cancelled or unpaid, the clean HD local file stays licensed for that URL; the slot reverts to free behaviour and the site is never broken.
Existing (v1) subscribers keep the terms they subscribed under.
Self use only: the video may be used on the licensee's own approved URLs. Use for clients or other third parties is not included.
Maestro includes 5 slots and Agency 50 slots; extra slots can be added on Solo and Maestro. Agency: the video may be used in the licensee's client projects, not resold to a client as a stand-alone asset.

Free HD files downloaded without an account carry a small EcomCiné watermark. A free account gives the same free loops in clean HD. The watermark or credit line (“Video by EcomCiné” / “Powered by EcomCiné”) is part of the file or player and must be kept as long as the file is a free file; paid plans and single downloads remove it.
Free files may be used in the licensee's own websites and projects, but not redistributed, resold or published on their own.

Watermarked preview files and the preview tool are for evaluation only and may not be used in published work.
An AI agent that downloads a free file through our MCP server acts for the person it works for, and the same free licence applies to that person. The file must be kept unmodified.
